Before & At your Appointment

• You must be 18 years of age at the time of your appointment, please bring ID.
  
• Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent/guardian with them at the appointment in order to have any services performed.
  
• There is a non-refundable booking fee required to make an appointment. This will go towards your total at the time of your appointment.
  
• Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.
  
• If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, the appointment can be rescheduled (with the booking fee transferred) with 24+ hours notice. A cancellation with Under 24 hours notice, your booking fee will not be able to be transferred to your next appointment.

• Please come to your appointment with your teeth clean.
• The teeth you would like gems/charms applied to, and the tissue (gums) around these teeth, must be in good health at the time of your appointment (i.e.: no cracks, cavities (decay), abscesses (infections), major gingival inflammation, plaque deposits, etc - when in doubt please ask!) 
• The tooth/teeth being worked on must be free of any other jewelery/composite at the time of appointment.
• Gems/charms can only be bonded to natural teeth. No veneers/crowns/bondings at the site of application. They will not adhere to anything other than healthy enamel! Again, when in doubt - please ask.
• Gems/charms will NOT fit under clear ‘invisalign’ type retainers. Night guards (for grinding/clenching) and wire style retainers we can work around. Please bring any appliances with you to your appointment.

• Please come to your appointment with a few ideas of what you might like done. You can make the final decision at the appointment once you see the gems/charms I have in stock, but coming with a few ideas is helpful.
• I keep ~30 gold charms in stock at a time (yellow and white gold), but I cannot promise I will have the one you are specifically interested in at your appointment unless we pre-order the charm. This is a very easy process. Please ask ahead of time if you have a specific charm in mind, so I can guarantee it will be available to you!
